Botanica Floral Design

I have always been into I have always been into art, color, texture and creating,I was an art major in school and have always been attracted to anything ART.

My beginnings with flowers started at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens as a gardener , and catapulted into cut flowers later in my late 20’s. I then worked for assorted event and floral companies until I started my own company in 2017.

I currently have three hotels that we service on a weekly basis along with a brand new feature film out called Father of the Bride that we created all of the scenes filmed in Atlanta. We also work on many television pilots and shows like Sweet Magnolias on Netflix, Ozark, etc. I absolutely love flowers and when I pick up weekly orders I feel like a kid in a candy shop, I just really love flowers of all types, from Peonies to Pitchers.

My Flower Jam or Flower Power is making floral arrangements not only last a week & look great but most importantly to be on budget.

In all of my projects I have to abide by a budget and if I go above that budget it only eats into my profit, so staying in line is a must.

I think there are tons of ways to get really clever with the budget, whether it is flower choice, dried or preserved goods, or even foraging for your own greens.

I really love to show people how amazing and powerful flowers really are!

XO,

K

  4. Don’t forget, if you put your mind to something you can do it. You can overcome any obstical if you believe it
