Show Notes
Part of problem solving is managing expectations through a situation and be open to thinking outside the box.
Listening and observing your customers can help you figure out your market. Don’t be afraid to talk to your customers and get to know them personally.
What may seem to be a failure at first may become a valuable lesson.
Using raised beds for dahlia’s can help them ride out a wet season.
As flower growers, knowing how to design will help you become a better grower because you’ll be able to think more like your customers and that may help you see new flowers and foliages to grow for them.
Stop the habit of saying no, but instead say yes and then figure it out. This can help you break the cycle of fear and help you learn how to stretch yourself.
There are times that you have to adopt the “Not an option to fail” strategy. Don’t be afraid of failure, it will help you learn how to preserver and recover from life’s inevitable challenges.
